It's pretty grey out there today. It doesn't make surfing too inviting, but those who made the effort ended up with some fun and fairly uncrowded waves.
There is a stack of whales passing by at the moment. They are just a little for out for a decent shot from shore. If you have a chance it is well worth jumping on a boat and heading out for a proper look.
Apparently the rare all white humpback is due to pass by Port today so keep an eye out.
