Punch

It's nice to see some waves with some punch again.
I swam out at Lighthouse last night and there was a little bit of size hitting a very shallow sand bar. The photos don't really do it justice.
I wore a few on the head on the way out and was a bit rattled. There was a lot of water moving and I was pretty wrecked when I went in.

Right Gear-Right Time.

An unexpected little swell popped up Friday afternoon and for those with a big board there were some fun waves on offer.
They have been pumping a mountain of sand out of the river onto Town Beach the last couple of weeks and so far the effect on the banks has been pretty good.

Sand

It's great to see some banks at Lighthouse lately. They are a little bit square and there's a lot of close out's but every so often a gem peels through.
I saw Cainy weave his way through a few sweet ones today.
