Surprise.

After a drive around the beaches there didn't seem to be much on offer this morning. I sat and watched breakwall for a little while and the clean little close outs looked like fun with only one grom out. After a few slides on the trusty hand plane, a few more surfers started arriving and the waves seemed to pick up a little so I went in and grabbed the camera. I was pleasantly surprised to see some decent little waves roll through. It's great to see Town Beach starting to regain some form just in time for daylight savings.
