I stopped off at Town Beach on the way home last night. There were decent looking waves all along the beach, but with the run out tide kicking in most of the action was off the end of the breakwall.
There was a pretty big crowd formed on the end of the wall. I guess if you didn't grow up here it would be pretty amazing watching the bodyboarders throwing themselves into barrels just metres from the rock wall. |
