After what seems like a lifetime, Lighthouse finally has some banks back. I had a spare hour on Sunday morning and dropped down to watch a couple of heats of Port Macquarie Board Riders. Looked like fun.
It was a bit of a zoo at Flaggies yesterday. There were plenty of
people hassling for position in the fairly limited take off zone. Still, if
you happened to be the person in the right place at the right time, there were
some fun waves to be had.
It's been a while between drinks. I haven't had too many chances to get in the water recently. Today I managed to get out amoungst the Camden Haven Board Riders monthly comp and grab a few pics. The day was pretty grey, but there were a few waves.
It sometimes feels like cheating shooting photos at sunset. The light is at it's best for that last half hour of the day. It's a shame that my favourite time to shoot is also the time I feel like bait. There were some fun little waves in town Saturday afternoon. This is what they looked like.
