Yesterday morning during my surf check I discovered some clean little waves at Watonga with nobody out.
It would have been a fun little surf, but this clear water can't last forever so I swam out solo for a shoot.
There is some pretty cool stuff going on below the surface that goes mostly unnoticed.
Today the swell has picked up just a little and there's definitely some waves around.
If you do get a surf in be sure to have a look around below the surface. |
